  • This space is directed at connecting back to your innate wisdom and intuition. Every week a new theme is introduced to unwind and release the body of stress and any emotional pain or trauma that is held in the body.

  • It depends on the day and what is learned is that the breath is the most important tool. Lying in one position or even doodling is okay. There is no judgement. Compassion and self worth is relearned.
