Quiet care for grief, caregiving, and life transitions
Hi, I’m Lisa.
I’m a hospice nurse and care provider offering nervous-system-informed, relational support for people navigating overwhelm, grief, burnout, and major life transitions.
My work is grounded in presence, regulation, and gentle connection. I support people who are sensitive, exhausted, or carrying more than they can name — offering a calm, steady space to slow down and feel held. The sessions are based on meeting you right where you are with gentle support and acceptance.
My background includes hospice nursing, trauma-informed movement, Reiki-informed care, and years of working alongside clinical teams in therapeutic settings. These experiences shape a practice that is careful, contained, and deeply respectful of each person’s pace.
I also create intuitive artwork as a companion to this work. The art emerges from the same place as my sessions — emotional landscapes shaped by the nervous system, grief, and restoration. Many people describe it as reflecting what they’ve been carrying.
Across all my offerings, my intention is simple:
to provide gentle, grounded support for people who need a soft place to land.
Healing happens in connection, one small step at a time—by helping the nervous system feel safer.
A calm place to land.
Trauma-informed sessions and intuitive artwork created to support rest and emotional regulation.
Here to meet you in your intuition, soften the edges, and bring a little calm back into your life.
Intuitive art for reflection.
Art reveals the heart
